The welcome at reception was warm. Our room was comfortable, but it could use some updates, especially with the air conditioning not functioning well. Dining was enjoyable, with friendly service from the staff, though we did experience some delays in the bar area due to limited staff. This is a suitable choice for a short stay.

Nice friendly atmosphere, good location off the main road through. However the dining room was a little utilitarian, with bright lighst and little atmosphere. Buffet breakfast was laid out on a small table with not a lot of choice.

Lovely comfortable hotel, particularly the garden and swimming pool which were excellent. Rooms also great
It did not seem like you could walk anywhere as it leads out to a very busy motorway with no footpaths. Also bad coffee in the cafe

We enjoyed excellent food and very friendly staff. The relaxing ambiance and proximity to walking paths made our stay enjoyable, though our room could use some updates.

The hotel is situated in lovely grounds with ample car parking. it is less than 5 minutes away from Teruel town centre. It was easy to find by the directions from the Autovia.
The hotel seemed under staffed at breakfast but as it is a buffet there was little problem. The choice of food and the quality leaves a lot to be desired and if I used this hotel again I would not have dinner there. Both food and drink was expensive but according to fellow guests this is similar to all Parador hotels!

A good location after travelling across the Pyrenees.
Not being able to use the restaurant at 8.30! We were anxious to have an early night before travelling again next day but were told it would be at least another ten minutes. We decided to eat in the Conservatory and had pate and steak, which was awful. We have had bad experiences with food at Paradors previously but thought we would try again. To have good accommodation and good food is part of our journey so this was definately the last time we will be using a Parador!!

Beautiful scenery around the hotel grounds.
The dining experience was disappointing. We faced long waits for service and chaotic restaurant management during peak hours. Our room was quite noisy, with sounds from above and next door making it difficult to sleep. I found the WiFi connection unreliable, frustrating for a hotel of this caliber.

It was high standard, well-appointed and with a balcony.
As for me, the area was quite uncomfortable.

We liked the Parador. It was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast!
The location was away from the main part of Teruel. The swimming pool was hidden by a hedge so you couldn't see your children in it when you were sunbathing. The cafe and restaurant overlooked the car park!

Free parking is great, but Wi-Fi was unreliable .

Swimming pool surrounded by a high hedge - made it far less attractive to use. Reception could have been friendlier and more informal. Public areas were very big, grand and comfortably furnished, but lacked warmth. Not the lounges you'd be tempted to spend time in - too stately and formal. Furniture very traditional and rather dull.

We stayed here for a stop-over on route to Mercia. The position of the hotel is very convenient. The room was clean and bright - the bed extremely comfortable. We dined in the restaurant where the food was excellant. The staff were friendly and efficient, This is listed as a three star hotel but is deserving of four stars - it has everything you need, and more. It far outreached out expectations - outstanding. We had a wonderful stay and would definately go back again.
